Futsal

Futsal is a type of soccer and is played on basketball-sized courts, both indoors and outdoors. The term FUTSAL is the international term used for the game. It is derived from the Spanish or Portuguese word for “soccer. The game recently gained the popularity internationally as well as in Pakistan. Another difference is in the number of players with 5-7 on each side with time duration of maximum 45 minutes.

The addition of Futsal court in Sports-West side of Islamabad Club is another milestone in advancement and development of the sports facilities of the Club to provide the members and their family another healthy sports activity. The court is built on the international standards with 13500 sft of synthetic turf of 50 MM thick artificial grass. The court boundary is fenced with ample seating for the audience and flood lighted to be playable in night time as well. The club organizes regular tournament for the members, their children and runs a full-fledged academy for the children of the members who are trained by the professional Futsal coaches.
