Squash Training Camps

The Islamabad Club Squash Sub-Committee organized a Summer Squash Training Camps in May and June 2025 for children aged 9 to 16 and for senior/intermediate-level players. The event witnessed the participation of 36 children 28 boys and 8 girls along with 15 senior players. The junior trainees received basic squash training, while the senior and intermediate players worked on improving their fitness and squash skills under the guidance of the Club’s squash coaches. The participants showed great enthusiasm and commitment throughout the training.

The Certificate Distribution Ceremony for both junior and senior level trainees was held on June 27, 2025, and was attended by all the junior participants, their parents, and the senior players. The Chief Guest for the occasion was the legendary cricketer and avid squash player and enthusiast , Mr. Majid Jhangir Khan, who distributed certificates among the trainees. He also shared inspiring stories from his cricket and squash days and encouraged the trainees to strive for excellence through hard work and dedication.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, Mr. Imran Jamshed, Convenor Squash, congratulated all the trainees and extended heartfelt thanks to the parents, coaching staff, club management, and the Squash Sub-Committee for their invaluable support in making the camps a success.

As a gesture of appreciation, senior squash player of Islamabad club, Raja Raza Arshad presented a souvenir to the Chief Guest on behalf of the Squash Sub-Committee.
