The Badminton Committee of Islamabad Club organized a Badminton Summer Camp for children of members during the holidays from July 1st to July 31st, 2024. Thirty-eight children, aged 8-18 years, participated in the Summer Camp. Miss Ayesha Akram, a former international Badminton player, graced the certificate distribution ceremony of the Badminton Summer Camp and distributed the certificate. Ms. Akram praised the large number of children participation in the camp and reminisced about her own training days in the old badminton hall during the 1990s. Mian Waqas, Convenor of Badminton, thanked her and the parents for supporting their children in taking up badminton.
