Guest Rooms

Islamabad Club offers a variety of guest rooms including single/double rooms, suites and deluxe suites. All guest rooms are comfortable in size and tastefully decorated with a picturesque view of lush green lawns of Islamabad Club and the Golf Course. They are equipped with modern amenities like entertainment channels on fiber optics, hot & cold bath, Internet, round-the-clock room service, in-house laundry, valet service, business center.

Rooms Booking Procedure at Islamabad Club

1. Guest rooms may be occupied by:

• Members
• Guests of Members
• Members of Reciprocal Clubs

2. A member can book a room/suite for 7 days.After that time period he/she can extend it to another 7 days only, with 50% increase in charges i.e a maximum of 14 days with approval of the Secretary club.Once the member has availed the 14 days of room booking no further extension will be given.Member’s next request shall be entertained after a lapse of 30 days.
3. Guests of member shall not be allotted accommodation except on prior reservation by member, who shall be fully responsible for the payment of the bills and the conduct of their guests.
4. Advance booking up to six months in advance will be accepted .Any member failing to occupy the guest room booked in advance will be charged a day’s rent for each booked room.
5. Cancellation of booking must be given 24 hours in advance in writing or through Fax.
6. Check-in time 4pm. Check-out time is 3pm. In case of late checkout (subject to availability), half-day rent will be charged.
