In order to ensure convenience of the Members, and also on recommendations of many members, the Management Committee, in accordance with the prevalent rules &amp; regulations of the Club, has decided that henceforth Member\u2019s guests shall only be allowed at the Dining facilities, Cinema, Riding, Golf, Guestrooms and facilities at the West Wing (Polo, Futsal, and Cricket Academy &amp; Pavilion Cafe). Guests shall not be allowed at any other facility.This shall be strictly enforced after Eid holidays, i.e. w.e.f. July 13, 2022. Members are requested to kindly ensure this arrangement for convenience of other Members, &amp; cooperate with the Management in this regard.<\/li>\n<li><strong><b><u>July 01, 2022 -Islamabad Club Rules &amp; Regulations 2022<\/u><\/b><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">The Islamabad Club Rules and Regulations facilitate all honorable members to the optimum and mandate strict compliance with the Code of Conduct on the premises of Islamabad Club.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">We are pleased to apprise that for the first time in the Club\u2019s history, Federal Government approved Rules and Regulations of the Club are enforced and uploaded on Club\u2019s website (declared as e-Notice board) under member\u2019s login information and convenience.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Consequently, members are expected to ensure thorough compliance of Rules and Regulations of the Club. Besides, we would particularly like to draw the attention of our valuable members on the following issues:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>E-Membership Cards:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Membership E-cards were introduced almost a decade back to provide efficient services to members and to keep track of the facilities used for long term planning in order to manage, improve and develop the Club facilities in the light of available data. Due to sizeable members at present it has now become imperative to enforce the digital tools especially swiping of membership card at all of its outlets\/ POS\u2019s for efficiency, flawless billing and to maintain data of members using the Club facilities. Our staff has been briefed to implement the same. Members are requested to cooperate and kindly show\/ swipe their membership cards while visiting\/using the services at any point of sale (location). Relevant Regulation in this regard is reproduced, as under;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>\u201cMembers shall always carry their Membership Cards issued by the Club when visiting the Club. Entry\/service could be refused without the membership card.\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>2. Significant sections of Regulations regarding Billing affairs\/ Suspension &amp; Termination etc. on payment default\/un-known status:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><u>Billing affairs:<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>In the first week of each month, all members of the Club will be sent an e-bill for the previous month containing monthly Club subscription, other dues and expenses incurred by the member. The bill must be paid by the end of the month, failing which, late fee at the rate of 2.5% per month on outstanding balance will be charged.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>In case the bill is not received by any member by 15th day of the month, the member must obtain a duplicate copy of the bill. Payment of Club dues shall be the sole responsibility of the member and must be made by end of the month\/specified date. Club shall not be responsible for late fee so charged or stoppage of facility, suspension, and termination of membership due to non-payment of bills for any reason<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><u>Suspension &amp; Termination on payment default\/un-known status<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Maximum period for suspension\/reinstatement is <strong><u>one year<\/u><\/strong> from the date of effective suspension. After this period the membership shall be treated as terminated. Such membership shall not be restored in any circumstances.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><u>Transfer Of Membership:<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Membership can be transferred in the name of the spouse only in the case of member\u2019s death subject to fulfillment of pre-requisites. If the spouse is not interested it shall stand cancelled\/ ceased.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Membership shall only be transferred by personal appearance of the applicant.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Transfer of membership can be processed within <strong><u>six (6) months<\/u><\/strong> from the date of death of the member.
